This site (pocmvp.ai) is operated by Emil Rafalko, a sole proprietorship
registered in Poland. We are the data controller for any personal data processed in
connection with this site.
Hosting / infrastructure (Cloudflare). The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare automatically logs technical request data - including IP address, approximate location derived from IP, user agent, requested URL, referrer, and timestamps - for the operational purposes of running the service: security (blocking abuse and attacks), performance (caching, routing), and reliability. This processing relies on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in operating a secure, performant website. Cloudflare acts as our processor; their own privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Email (Cloudflare Email Routing → Gmail). Mail sent to hello@pocmvp.ai is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail mailbox we operate. The content of your message, your email address, and any attachments are stored there for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry and any resulting engagement, after which we delete them. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, and (where you have made a contractual offer) Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Bookings (Google Calendar). The "Book a 30-min call" buttons link to a Google Calendar appointment page operated by Google LLC. When you book, Google collects your name, email, and any details you enter, and adds the event to our calendar. Google is an independent controller for that processing; their handling is governed by Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We use the booking data only to prepare for and conduct the call.
Fonts (Google Fonts). The site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font necessarily exposes your IP address to Google. We use Google Fonts because of typography choices; if you prefer not to share your IP with Google, browser extensions can block third-party font loads.
What we do not do. We do not set cookies. We do not run analytics (Google Analytics, Plausible, etc.). We do not run advertising trackers. We do not have a contact form on the site itself.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with the processors listed above (Cloudflare for hosting and email routing, Google for calendar bookings and fonts), and only to the extent needed to operate the site. We may disclose information if required by law.
If you are in the EEA / UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@pocmvp.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO, uodo.gov.pl).
Some of our processors (Cloudflare, Google) are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, those transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and bump the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
